Since our earliest days as a company, InterSpec has been leading the design effort on government projects throughout the National Capital Region. This translates to several thousand projects spread over several million square feet for federal agencies with varied end-user and security requirements. Our experience with The General Services Administration and Washington Headquarters Services has made InterSpec the "go to" call for Landlords and Building Owners during the pursuit of government tenants through the Request for Lease Proposal process and, upon Lease execution, the Design and Management services necessary to meet often challenging schedule constraints and budget parameters effecting occupancy.
